These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Florida Key LLC ("Company") website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

The Florida Key is a travel guide and referral service. We curate and recommend tours, excursions, and experiences across Florida — reef snorkeling, sunset sails and cruises, Everglades and manatee trips, Key West and Dry Tortugas day trips, and attractions — operated by independent third-party tour operators. Bookings are made directly with those operators, typically via affiliate booking partners such as Viator or GetYourGuide. We also sell our own branded merchandise. We do not own vessels or operate tours ourselves.

2. Tour Bookings with Third-Party Operators

When you book a tour or experience through a link on our site, your contract is with the tour operator and/or the booking platform, not with The Florida Key. Their terms, prices, availability, cancellation policies, and safety requirements govern your booking. We may earn a commission on bookings made through our links at no additional cost to you.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Tours and experiences: Cancellation and refund terms are set by the operator or booking platform you booked with; contact them directly using your booking confirmation.
Merchandise: Items are made to order. If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Guest Responsibilities

When participating in tours booked via our recommendations, you are responsible for: meeting the operator's health, age, and swimming requirements; following captain and guide safety instructions; respecting wildlife regulations (including manatee and coral protection rules); and complying with local laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tours and experiences are provided by independent operators. The Florida Key is not liable for: the acts, omissions, or safety record of any tour operator or booking platform; personal injury or property damage occurring on a tour; cancellations or interruptions due to weather or force majeure; or loss of personal belongings. Our content is provided for general travel-planning information and may change without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design elements are the property of The Florida Key LLC and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
